Refund policy
At Eversunnie Bakery, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted baked goods made fresh to order. We take pride in baking every item fresh with care and love! Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been picked up.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at hello@eversunnie.com with your order number and details of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Refunds or Store Credit
You may be eligible for a replacement or store credit if the following conditions are met:

You received an incorrect item or something was missing from your order

You report a quality issue within 24 hours of pickup or delivery

You provide clear photo documentation of the issue
- Your pickup order is missed or delayed beyond our control, we’ll work with you to reschedule a new pickup date.
Please contact us at hello@eversunnie.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds in the following scenarios:

Orders that have been picked up, or not stored properly

Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before pickup)

Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences

Missed pickups without prior notice
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup date.

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of pickup may be eligible for a partial refund to cover ingredients and preparation time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, as preparation will have already begun.

Allergen Disclaimer
All products are made in a kitchen that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take food safety seriously, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have concerns about allergens, please contact us before placing your order.
